Is my credit card secure ?
We are committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us. We use a secure server and no personal information is ever disclosed to a third party. If at any point you are unsure about ordering on line or if you encounter a problem, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to take your details over the phone and answer any questions you may have.
When you do charge my card ?
Mix Direct will only charge your credit or debit card if goods are in stock and can be dispatched. If you place an order, but ask us to ship it at a later date, then we will process your payment on the day of order, so that we can reserve the stock for you.
Where do you deliver to ?
Mix Direct delivers to the UK, Republic of Ireland and Europe.
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95 for all overs under £50 - and free standard delivery when you spend over £50 (subject to size and weight), to a UK mainland address only. You have the option of express delivery which is £5.95, the express service is a next working day delivery service for orders placed before 3pm. Mix Direct can only deliver goods to the card registered address, unless payment is made by cheque or bank transfer.

What is the guarantee on a product ?
All products sold by Mix Direct are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise.
Can I return a product ?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or you find the product you have purchased is not suitable for you, you can return it to us within 7 days.
We will refund the money you paid, less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you, within 28 days of the date the goods were returned to us.
The goods must be un-opened, un-used, and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories.
Software and recorded music can not be returned.
How can I return faulty goods to you?
If the item you have ordered, has a manufacturing fault, then we will collect the item from you at our expense (we may ask you to post small, low cost items such as headphones back to us). However, this needs to be brought to our attention within 28 days of taking delivery. We will endeavor to return your product repaired as soon as possible, normally within a few working days. Goods supplied to Europe carry a return to base warranty meaning you will be responsible for the return carriage.
Any items after the 28 day period will need to be returned to us at your expense. Items returned to us must be sent via registered post as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. The returned item should be with the original manufacturer's packaging or sufficient packaging with all accessories, manuals or other documentation.
Outer manufacturers packaging must also be protected in transit, and returned in original condition. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive a refund for the item, or receive a replacement provided the return is within the 28 day period. After this period the item will be repaired and returned to you subject to carriage costs.
Please contact us on: 0208 597 9721 before returning faulty items as you will require a returns number. Items received without a returns number can not be accepted by our returns department.

What are your call centre opening hours?
Our call centre is open Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm. If we are unable to answer your call please either leave a message or email us and we will call you back.
Where is your shop ?
Our shop is based in Chadwell Heath, between Essex and London and stocks most of the products you see on the mixdirect site.
We also have a large warehouse and distribution facility in Southampton, with it's own service department, and offices in London with in-house staff who design, create and operate the Mix Direct site.
We believe our website will provide you with all the information a salesman can give, without the pressure of a hard sell! meaning you can browse our range of products at your own pace, 24 hours a day.
